# When and how will I be refunded?

After we receive and check the returned items, we issue the refund **within up to 10 days**, depending on your bank. The amount is automatically credited to the **same payment method** used for your order (bank card or PayPal account). You’ll also receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
