When and how will I be refunded?

After we receive and check the returned items, we issue the refund within up to 10 days, depending on your bank. The amount is automatically credited to the same payment method used for your order (bank card or PayPal account). You’ll also receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
