What should I do if my parcel is late?
If your tracking hasn’t updated or the delivery time has been exceeded, please allow an extra 3 working days for the carrier to resolve the situation.
Note that in over 96% of cases, delivery times are met (for example, Mondial Relay indicates an average of 3 to 5 business days).
If you have a firm deadline, we recommend choosing Chronopost or UPS.
