# What should I do if my parcel is damaged on delivery?

We take particular care in packing our parcels, but if you encounter a problem on delivery, here’s what to do:



* If you notice the parcel is damaged **at delivery**, take photos of the packaging (outside and inside) and, if necessary, refuse the parcel or accept it with detailed reservations.
* If products are damaged **after opening**, take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items to document the issue precisely.


Then contact us and send us these elements. This will allow us to arrange a replacement, a return or a refund, as appropriate.
