What should I do if my parcel is damaged on delivery?
We take particular care in packing our parcels, but if you encounter a problem on delivery, here’s what to do:
- If you notice the parcel is damaged at delivery, take photos of the packaging (outside and inside) and, if necessary, refuse the parcel or accept it with detailed reservations.
- If products are damaged after opening, take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items to document the issue precisely.
Then contact us and send us these elements. This will allow us to arrange a replacement, a return or a refund, as appropriate.
