What delivery methods do you offer?

We offer home delivery via Colissimo, UPS and Chronopost (including Chronopost Relais), as well as in‑store pickup (Marseille).

The delivery options available to you will be shown at checkout, depending on your address.

Delivery times within France (business days)

• Colissimo: 48 h
• UPS: 48 h
• Chronopost: 24 h
• Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 days
• In‑store pickup: next day from 5 p.m. (except Saturday and Sunday)

Delivery times for Europe (business days)

• Colissimo: 3 to 5 days
• Mondial Relay: 4 to 6 days
• UPS: 2 to 5 days
• Chronopost: 1 to 3 days

Delivery times for the rest of the world (business days)

• UPS: 3 to 5 days
• Chronopost: 3 to 5 days
