How do I make a return?

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.

To help us process your request, please include the completed return form in your parcel. You can download it here: Download the return form.

Once we receive and check the items, we’ll issue your refund within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
