How do I enter a delivery address different from the billing address?

This situation mainly concerns business customers who need to indicate a delivery address different from the billing address for administrative reasons. If you are an individual, we never include an invoice in parcels — the recipient won’t see prices.

If this is your first order

When creating your account, after entering your delivery address, tick the box that lets you enter a different billing address.

If you already saved an address

At the “Delivery address” step, click the link “The billing address is different” to enter a distinct billing address.
