# Are return shipping costs at my expense?

Yes, return shipping is at your expense, except in the event of an error (item delivered not matching your order) or if the product is faulty.
In those cases, we cover all costs and provide a prepaid label — you’ll simply drop your parcel at the indicated drop‑off point.
